REFUND POLICY

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction and, therefore, provide a guaranteed return period of [14 Days] from the date of receiving the order. The return of a product is possible if the following conditions are met:The item must be in a new and unused condition.

All tags, labels, and packaging must be preserved in their original form.
Necklaces, bracelets, and other items with custom sizes may be eligible for return only in case of a defect or non-compliance with the order.

A lot of love and care has gone into developing MELANUS products and we are so confident that you'll love them we are offering a 14 day Money Back Guarantee with no questions asked.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please send us an email by ”contact@melanus-jewelry.com“ and include your order number in the email.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a RA number along with our return shipping address. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and also a 25% admin fee which will be deducted from the refund total.

Terms & Conditions

● Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.

● Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to any products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.

● The customer is only able to make a claim once and it must be their first order on ”melanus-jewelry.com“. If you have previously bought from us, unfortunately you aren't eligible to lodge a money back claim.

RETURN PROCEDURE

To initiate the return process, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service department at contact@melanus-jewelry.com, providing information about the order and the reason for the return.
Receive confirmation from our representative about initiating the return process.
Pack the item according to our recommendations and send it to the specified address.

1. REFUND PROCESS

The refund will be processed after receiving and verifying the returned item. Funds will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RETURN POLICY

The following categories of items are not eligible for return:

Items with custom engraving.
Products that have been used or damaged due to customer negligence.

3. SHIPPING FEE REFUND POLICY

In case the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will reimburse the shipping costs.
